Soy Reduce Risk of womb cancer.According to the researchers foods made from soy foods is believed to reduce the risk of women developing cervical cancer.
This is based on a study involving nearly 1700 women in China which are found those who love to eat soy foods such as soybeans and tempeh are unlikely to have cervical cancer.
Research published in the British Medical Journal study focuses on 832 women in Shanghai who develop cervical cancer between 1997 and 2001 by age 30 to 69 years. They were compared with 846 healthy women at the same age group.
The team from the Shanghai Cancer Institute as the executor of studies suggest soy consumption may also reduce the risk of uterine cancer in women who have bedan excess weight (overweight).
Soy products are a rich food source of isoflavones, a group of phytoestrogens that act like estrogen in the body. According to research estrogen useful because it can reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer.
Studies show fewer Asian women develop cervical cancer. This is due to the high consumption of soy products in this area as much as 25 times higher than western countries.
